Challenges
Digitalization has brought revolutionary changes to our activities. Ticket booking is no exception. The client wants a user-friendly and intuitive interface that makes it easy for customers to find and book events.
They mainly advertise their activities on social media, which doesn’t provide enough data and makes it difficult for followers to search for further information. So, users should also use another website to book tickets. If they can’t purchase tickets directly from the event website, the client may miss out on automatically joining their mailing list.
The client wants to integrate the event booking platform with other systems, such as payment processors and email marketing platforms. And seeking the secure storage and transmission of sensitive user information, such as credit card details.
Solution
Once we figured out what our challenges were going to be for the problem statement, we started looking into the client’s site to understand their brand identity, so our team could create something consistent with what they represented.
We designed a powerful admin panel that eases admin to manage and organize website content, users, and other settings. The user interface is simple and intuitive to help users navigate and find the information they need. Compiled all the statistics on the dashboard for easy access. Limited the number of bookings in an event and provided custom ticket types. The client can create unlimited users, user groups, and events. Also, listed the upcoming or past events data to help the team remind their activities.
Our team integrates secure payment processing options to protect sensitive financial information from fraud and hacking. We optimize the system to handle several events and attendees to accommodate growth and expansion. Created it as a mobile-friendly one so that users can easily book events from their smartphones or tablets.
