ExamAssist is an innovative solution designed to streamline and automate the process of administering, grading, and reporting exams. With our platform, educators and administrators can easily create and manage exams, while students can take exams remotely and securely. We offer a range of security features to conduct the exams in a secure environment.
Challenges
The Client wants an intuitive and user-friendly interface that helps students easily navigate the system and complete exams without hesitation. They want a solution that can handle multiple users and selections simultaneously while maintaining performance. Also, it is required to be available and accessible at all times, with minimal downtime.
They need the system to be secured and protect the exam data from unauthorized access, tampering, or cheating. And like to generate reports and analytics for exam progress, results, and performance of students. The client wants the scheduling, invigilation, proctoring, result calculation, and several other processes done automatically – An automation process.
The client wants the data to be secured and can back up whenever it needs (in case of any disaster). If some of the data have lost, it will result in the total examination result collapsing. It is a nightmare for most users.
Solution
Our team has created an easy-to-navigate and understandable solution for the administrator and the examiner. It is easily customizable as the client can create, edit, and administrate exams effortlessly. Also, it is so scalable to handle several users and exams without affecting its performance.
With our solution (time management), they can handle the exams easily so that the examiner can manage their time accordingly. And have the capability to conduct proctored exams through remote proctoring or live proctoring. They can schedule assessments for each student with different schedules and assign more than one batch per assessment, but that batch needs to be in that unit. Can assign more than one course to each student and also batch-wise. Modify the details of students, staff, courses, and units at any time.
The student module contains student information, attendance, watch log, and progress. While the staff module contains teacher information, assigns subjects, activity tracking, and assigns assessments.
Now, they can create Multi-select, single-select, and descriptive questions based on the necessities. Modify the graded assessment results at any time. Last but not least, it can be accessed from anywhere, anytime.
The Admin can
- Create & register - student & staff information
